Flanges

Stainless steel flanges have always been one of our core products. Our flange plant has more than 100 CNC machines, which can simultaneously meet the processing of high-precision workpieces with diameters of up to 4,000mm, and more than ten machining lathes with diameters of over 2,000mm, which are appropriate for machining heavy-duty forgings and large tube sheets.

Our factory is also equipped with 16 sets of high-precision machining centres, including three-axis machining centres, four-axis machining centres, five-axis machining centres, large gantry machining centres, horizontal machining centres and heavy-duty vertical lathes (with product weight of up to more than 20 tons). These equipments ensure that we can provide standard flange products and special forgings, which is conducive to our quality control and ensure that the product meets the high precision requirements.
