Vacuum Valve: Vacuum Ball Valve
A ball valve available for manual operation or ISO5211 direct mounting platform apply to pneumatic and electric control, make the actuator easy installed, and products more beautiful called vacuum ball valve. It has a high flow conductance and the connection characteristics of various forms, the same with vacuum butterfly valve, used in high vacuum or general pressure conditions.

- 1. Investment casting body and end caps.
- 2. ISO 5211 High mounting pad.
- 3. Encapsulated and non-encapsulated body seal.
- 4. Blow-out proof stem.
- 5. Standard Materials are 304 and 316 stainless steel.
- 6. Anti-Static Device on ball and body.
- 7. 4 Piece Teflon Ball Seats
- 8. T port and L port for option.
- 9. Vacuum Range: ≤1×10-8 Torr
- 10. Ball Valves are supplied with casting surface and machined end. Other finishes are also available.
- 11. Working Pressure: 1000 PSI WOG
- 12. Valve sets are 100% tested before shipping.
- 13. Connection: Butt Weld, Socket Weld, NPT, and Flange.
- 14. Seal Material: • Virgin PTFE • RTFE(15% Glass Fiber) • 25% Carbon PTFE • 50% Stainless Steel PTFE • UHMW
- 15. Options: manual use or automation.
