Stainless Steel Hollow Bar
Kaysuns is a reliable supplier of stainless steel hollow bar and stainless steel heavy wall thickness tubings , including materials of austenitic stainless steel 304/304L, 316/316L etc, duplex stainless steel UNS S31803 S32205, super duplex stainless steel S32750 and high-alloy austenitic stainless steels to ASMT A511 and other specifications. Our stainless steel hollow bars are improved in processability without compromising corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Corrosion test according to ASTM G-48 A, NACE MR 0175 / ISO 15156.
Hollow bar standard sizes range from outside diameter 32mm / 1.26 inch to 420mm / 16.54 inch with inside diameter ranging from 16mm / 0.63inch to 320mm / 12.6 inch.
Stainless steel hollow bar is usually delivered in 3.0m-7.0m random lengths or cutting lengths upon requirement. Kaysuns supplies cutting service for stainless steel hollow bar, the cutting length is available as per customer’s exact requirements.

+2/-0%, with a minimum of +1/-0 mm (+0.04/-0”) for 275mm below OD
+/-1% for 275 mm and above OD (10.827’’)
Inside diameter (ID)
+0/-2%, with a minimum +0/-1 mm (+0/-0.04″).
Straightness
Straightness deviation max. 1.5 mm per 1000 mm (0.059 inch per 3 feet).
Lengths
Random length. Fixed lengths are available on request.
* Tolerance according to ASTM A511 standard can be offered if required.
Dimension of Stainless Steel Hollow Bar
The table shows common dimensions of hollow bar including finished part sizes. The chucked true values indicated are guaranteed values valid for lengths less than 2.5 times the outside diameter.
Cutting Service of Hollow Tube
Kaysuns stainless steel hollow bar is delivered in random lengths or cut to fixed lengths on request. Random lengths from 2.5 to 6.5 m, depending on size and grade. Lengths down to 1 m may be included in the delivery.
We also accept cutting service upon requirement from client, like 300mm, 500mm, 800mm long etc , please get a contact with us.
