It is reported that P110 super duplex steel pipe 25Cr is mainly used in oil, natural gas, chemical and other fields. This product is used in offshore oil and gas field transportation pipelines.

Order production comes at a critical time point for epidemic prevention and control and enterprise resumption of production. XXTG has set up a project tackling team to go all out to secure orders.

This type of product is the first research and development and production. The chemical composition of the extruded blank, the control of the deflection wall, the uniformity of the cold rolling performance in the circumferential direction, and the amount of cold rolling deformation must all start from zero, which brings great difficulties to production. .

The project team faced the difficulties and looked for the cause one by one from the chemical composition, organization, inclusions, and deformation of the influencing factors. After more than ten repeated process tests, data collection, and on-site tracking, it was finally resolved.
