Eurasian Economic Union Terminates Investigation On Safeguard Measures For Imported Stainless Steel Welded Pipes

On December 27, 019, the Eurasian Economic Commission’s Internal Market Protection Department issued Announcement No. 2019/200 / SG12. In view of the applicant’s withdrawal of the application, it decided to terminate the investigation of safeguard measures for imported stainless steel welded pipes.

Earlier on December 24, the Eurasian Economic Commission’s Internal Market Protection Department issued Announcement 2019/199 / AD30 to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on imported stainless steel welded pipes originating in China. The products on file for investigation are round, square or rectangular corrosion-resistant hollow welded steel pipes (0.4 mm ≤ wall thickness ≤ 6 mm, 6 mm ≤ outer diameter of steel pipes ≤ 115 mm). Involving products under headings 7306402009, 7306408001, 7306408008, 7306611009 and 7306691009.
