What is the technology behind Nickel Alloy Pipes & Tubings
- Cold Rolling/Cold Shrinking:
A process utilizing oscillating die sets to simultaneously reduce the outer diameter,inner diameter,and wall thickness of tubing.A single operation achieves 50-60% dimensional reduction,yielding excellent surface finish and tight tolerances. - Extrusion:
A method forming seamless tubes by forcing heated steel billets through a die,followed by cold working to refine and enhance structural strength. - Welding and Drawing:
For longitudinally welded drawn tubes,material is formed into hollow tubes,welded,then continuously cold drawn to final dimensions. - Bright Annealing:
A heat treatment process conducted in a controlled atmosphere to ensure clean,oxide-free inner surfaces required for high-purity applications.

When you want to get a quote or place an order to us, pls clear the information:

For example, you want to buy 100 meters 316L stainless steel pipe, Seamless, quality to ASTM A312, 6″ SCH40S, beveled end, so the description would be:

For the pipe quality, we will think it is ASME as they are the common grade in the market.

Do you accept orders of cutting length?
Yes. For the pipe we have stock, cutting length is supported.
How Can I Trust You ?
All of our stainless steel pipe are tracable with the contract number and heat number. For all of the stainless steel pipe and tube, we will do NDT test and PMI test before packing.
We have more than 15 years of supplying stainless steel pipe and fittings, and serverd more than 200 clients. We are experienced to supply quality ss pipe for your project.
Do You Accept Third Party Inspection ?
Absolutely, Yes.
We are experienced for third party inspection from SGS, BV, Lloyd’s, Intertek, DNV etc.
In fact, we think the inspection before shipment will reduce the disputation， it is a good way for both of us.
Do You Accept Customized Fabricated ? ?
Why not? We can do the product based on the requirement of client, including special dimension(sometimes it will based on specific quantity). We are experiences with it, whatever the materials is stainless steel or special alloy.
What's The Package ?
For the stainless steel pipe, we commonly will pack them by waven bag and bundled by strong metal strap. For stainless steel tubing, we generally will pack them in free-fumigation wooden box. If you have special requirement, pls clarify it in the PO.
