Yes, we can. Since sourcing original Russian steel grades like CT20 or 09G2S outside of the region can be difficult, we frequently use international equivalents with matching chemical and mechanical properties. For carbon steel, we use ASTM A105 or DIN C22.8. For low-temperature applications, we use ASTM A350 LF2. For stainless steel, we use ASTM A182 F304/F316 or F321. We will state the exact material substitute in our commercial invoice.
For GOST flange orders,clients typically require a Mill Test Certificate (MTC) per EN 10204 3.1, detailing the chemical analysis and mechanical testing of the steel heat.Depending on your project location,you may also request an EAC Certificate or a declaration of conformity to TR CU 032/2013,which is mandatory for customs clearance into Russia,Kazakhstan,and Belarus.
Unlike ASME flanges where you must specify the pipe schedule (e.g., Sch 40, Sch 80), GOST 12821-80 and GOST 33259 Type 11 standards define the default neck thickness based on the PN rating. However, if your matching pipe has an unusual or customized wall thickness (S), you must explicitly state the pipe’s outer diameter and wall thickness in millimeters during the ordering process so we can bore the flange to match.
