EU Conducts Anti-dumping Investigation On Wind Tower Made By Huagang
On October 21, 2020, the European Commission issued an announcement stating that in response to the European Wind Tower Association’s application on September 9, 2020, on behalf of manufacturers of steel wind towers that account for more than 25% of the total output of similar products in the EU, the European Union The committee filed an anti-dumping investigation against Steel Wind Towers originating in China.
The EU CN (Combined Nomenclature) involved in the case is ex 7308 20 00 (TARIC code is 7308 20 00 11), ex 7308 90 98 (TARIC code is 7308 90 98 11) and ex 8502 31 00 (TARIC code is 8502 31 00 11 and 8502 31 00 85).
The dumping and damage investigation period in this case is from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, and the damage analysis period is from January 1, 2017 to the end of the dumping and damage investigation period.
