Alloy 718 Pipe

    Alloy 718 Pipe

We are a Chinese B2B supplier of Alloy 718 pipe. Our products meet multiple standards and have passed rigorous testing.Kaysuns possesses over 10 years of experience in exporting stainless steel pipes and fittings.
Alloy 718 pipe (UNS N07718) is a high-strength,precipitation-hardening nickel-chromium-iron superalloy engineered for extreme environments. It delivers exceptional tensile strength, creep rupture resistance, and corrosion resistance at temperatures up to 1300°F (704°C).Due to its excellent weldability without post-weld hardening, this material is widely used in aerospace, oil and gas,and petrochemical industries.
Alloy 718 Pipe is a precipitation-hardening alloy exhibiting outstanding tensile strength and creep rupture strength.Unlike other high-temperature alloys,it resists strain-age cracking during welding, facilitating machinability. It exhibits outstanding corrosion and oxidation resistance in harsh environments, including cryogenic conditions. The effective temperature range spans from cryogenic temperatures to 1300°F (704°C),making it suitable for high-strength applications. This material is non-magnetic.
