Devido ao seu significativo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/pt\/papel-do-molibdenio-em-tubos-e-conexoes-de-aco-inoxidavel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">molibd\u00eanio<\/a> e teor de cobre, \u00e9 muito resistente aos \u00e1cidos clor\u00eddrico e sulf\u00farico. A liga G-30 tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 resistente a temperaturas moderadas. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/pt\/ataque-de-cloreto-em-aco-inoxidavel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ataque local induzido por cloreto<\/a>. Isso pode explicar os dep\u00f3sitos abaixo nos evaporadores usados para concentrar P2O5.<\/p><p>A liga G-30 foi projetada especificamente para resistir ao ataque do \u00e1cido fosf\u00f3rico comercial. A liga \u00e9 particularmente bem-sucedida em tubos de troca de calor e outros componentes no setor de fertilizantes. proveniente da rea\u00e7\u00e3o do min\u00e9rio de fosfato com o \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico.<\/p><p>Ele cont\u00e9m muitas impurezas e tem uma concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de P2O5 de apenas cerca de 30%. Isso ocorre porque \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria uma grande quantidade de \u00e1gua de enx\u00e1gue para separ\u00e1-lo do outro produto principal da rea\u00e7\u00e3o, o sulfato de c\u00e1lcio. As impurezas t\u00edpicas incluem \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico que n\u00e3o reagiu, v\u00e1rios \u00edons met\u00e1licos, \u00edons fluoreto e \u00edons cloreto. Os \u00edons fluoreto tendem a formar complexos com \u00edons met\u00e1licos e, portanto, s\u00e3o menos abundantes do que os \u00edons cloreto. Isso influencia muito a rea\u00e7\u00e3o eletroqu\u00edmica entre o \u00e1cido fosf\u00f3rico do \"Wet Process\" e o material met\u00e1lico. O material particulado tamb\u00e9m pode estar presente no \u00e1cido do \"Wet Process\".<\/p><p>Normalmente, a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de P2O5 \u00e9 aumentada para 54% nesse processo. A concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de impurezas diminui com o aumento da concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1cido fosf\u00f3rico. Isso neutraliza o efeito de concentra\u00e7\u00e3o da corrosividade do \u00e1cido.<\/p><p>O gr\u00e1fico abaixo, comparando a liga G-30 com o a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel.
