O Mo \u00e9 um elemento importante que melhora significativamente a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o do a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel. Composi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e1cida: 220g\/L de \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico, cerca de 30g\/L de \u00f3xido de s\u00f3dio, e cerca de 10g\/L de aditivos. Mergulhar no tanque de clareamento por 5 minutos. Adotando uma nova tecnologia de processamento t\u00e9rmico, controlando o acabamento superficial da laje fundida ap\u00f3s a moagem e uma nova rela\u00e7\u00e3o de solu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e1cida, um total de 34 lotes de testes foram organizados, o tempo m\u00e9dio de decapagem foi de 57,2 minutos, a cor da superf\u00edcie foi uniforme e o objetivo esperado foi alcan\u00e7ado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atrav\u00e9s da especifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos de decapagem relacionados \u00e0 qualidade, o objetivo de uma taxa de passagem de 100% de decapagem foi alcan\u00e7ado. Ao mesmo tempo, foi aprovada a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o de S31803 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/pt\/tubos-de-aco-inoxidavel\/\" target=\"_blank\">tubos de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel<\/a> pela Sociedade de Classifica\u00e7\u00e3o da China, Delaunay, Inlaw, Fran\u00e7a e outras sociedades de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o. Atrav\u00e9s do teste do processo de decapagem dos tubos e conex\u00f5es de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel S31803, s\u00e3o propostos a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de composi\u00e7\u00e3o da solu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e1cida, a temperatura espec\u00edfica do \u00e1cido e aditivos eficazes adequados para a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel Cr elevado, Mo elevado e N duplex elevado.
