Cada eletrodo \u00e9 submetido a testes de soldagem com diferentes posi\u00e7\u00f5es de soldagem e diferentes aportes de calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O foco est\u00e1 na influ\u00eancia de diferentes posi\u00e7\u00f5es de soldagem e diferentes aportes de calor na microestrutura e nas propriedades mec\u00e2nicas da junta, e na influ\u00eancia de diferentes par\u00e2metros de processo na tens\u00e3o residual da junta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesquisa mostra que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 defeitos macro na junta ap\u00f3s a soldagem e que a solda est\u00e1 bem formada. O conte\u00fado de fases de ferro e austen\u00edticas na zona de soldagem de junta de tubo de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel duplex 2205 \u00e9 obviamente diferente. A microscopia eletr\u00f4nica de varredura e a an\u00e1lise do espectro de energia mostram que os elementos de liga da junta sofreram difus\u00e3o e migra\u00e7\u00e3o sob a a\u00e7\u00e3o do calor, o que faz com que os contornos dos gr\u00e3os de ferrita precipitem preferencialmente austenita durante o resfriamento, e os ciclos t\u00e9rmicos subsequentes causam uma grande quantidade de austenita fina para precipitar nos gr\u00e3os de ferrite. Existem diferen\u00e7as na estrutura de austenita e no conte\u00fado de cada camada da junta obtida pela soldagem de tr\u00eas passagens de tr\u00eas camadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O ensaio de desempenho mec\u00e2nico da junta mostrou que a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o da amostra de soldagem do eletrodo 309MoL foi menor do que a da amostra de soldagem do eletrodo E2209-16, e todas as amostras foram quebradas na solda. O alongamento da amostra fixa r\u00edgida soldada plana \u00e9 o menor, que \u00e9 maior do que a junta. No ensaio de flex\u00e3o, n\u00e3o houve rachaduras na face e nas costas das juntas, indicando que as juntas apresentavam boa tenacidade pl\u00e1stica.
