Ele n\u00e3o s\u00f3 tem boa resist\u00eancia geral \u00e0 corros\u00e3o em meios redutores, mas tamb\u00e9m tem excelente resist\u00eancia em meios contendo cloreto. O desempenho da corros\u00e3o local, como corros\u00e3o por pite e corros\u00e3o em fendas. Ao mesmo tempo, a resist\u00eancia desse a\u00e7o \u00e9 maior do que a do a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel austen\u00edtico cromo-n\u00edquel em geral devido ao efeito de fortalecimento do nitrog\u00eanio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 exatamente por causa dessas caracter\u00edsticas que o a\u00e7o 254SMo tem se tornado cada vez mais amplamente utilizado, e tamb\u00e9m pode substituir ligas de alta resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o de n\u00edquel em algumas aplica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Composi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica e caracter\u00edsticas organizacionais do 254SMo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O estado de solu\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3lida de 254SMo \u00e9 uma estrutura de austenita \u00fanica, mas \u00e9 afetado pela hist\u00f3ria t\u00e9rmica. Por exemplo, carbonetos e compostos da fase intermet\u00e1lica precipitar\u00e3o na zona afetada pelo calor durante o processo de resfriamento do trabalho a quente e ap\u00f3s a soldagem, devido ao teor de carbono no a\u00e7o. \u00c9 muito baixo, por isso \u00e9 principalmente a fase X, fase \u03b1, \u03b2 e outras fases intermet\u00e1licas e a precipita\u00e7\u00e3o de Cr2N \u00e9 a curva TTP (temperatura-tempo-precipita\u00e7\u00e3o) de 254SMo contendo 0,21% N.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As curvas cin\u00e9ticas da precipita\u00e7\u00e3o da fase intermet\u00e1lica do a\u00e7o 254SMo e os resultados da compara\u00e7\u00e3o com as fases contendo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/pt\/papel-do-molibdenio-em-tubos-e-conexoes-de-aco-inoxidavel\/\" target=\"_blank\">molibd\u00eanio<\/a> (316) e alto molibd\u00eanio (904L e 317LMN). Pode-se observar que a temperatura mais sens\u00edvel para a precipita\u00e7\u00e3o de fases intergen\u00e9ricas nesse a\u00e7o \u00e9 de 800 a 900\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como o a\u00e7o 254SMo tem alto teor de cromo e molibd\u00eanio e baixo teor de nitrog\u00eanio, a sensibilidade da precipita\u00e7\u00e3o da fase intermet\u00e1lica \u00e9 maior do que a do a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel austen\u00edtico 904L com alto teor de molibd\u00eanio (0OCr20Ni25Mo4,5Cu), 317LMN e baixo teor de molibd\u00eanio 316.
