Na verdade, quando o teor de n\u00edquel do a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel austen\u00edtico excede 30%, sua resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o sob tens\u00e3o \u00e9 compar\u00e1vel \u00e0 do a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel duplex e do a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel ferr\u00edtico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Figura 1, a curva de Copson mostra o efeito do n\u00edquel no limite de resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tens\u00e3o de corros\u00e3o em ligas de ferro-n\u00edquel-cromo contendo 16% a 21% de cromo (105 \u00b0 C, solu\u00e7\u00e3o aquosa de NaCl 22%). Tal como acontece com os a\u00e7os inoxid\u00e1veis austen\u00edticos tradicionais, devido \u00e0 sua baixa energia de falha de empilhamento (consulte a Figura 2), os limites duplos s\u00e3o uma caracter\u00edstica distintiva dos a\u00e7os inoxid\u00e1veis austen\u00edticos ricos em n\u00edquel. As aplica\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00edpicas s\u00e3o equipamentos como resfriamento de \u00e1gua do mar, branqueamento de celulose e tubula\u00e7\u00e3o hidr\u00e1ulica e de instrumentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sanicro 25<\/strong>: Uma liga 22Cr-25Ni projetada para caldeiras a 700 \u00b0 C e acima. Por causa de sua boa resist\u00eancia \u00e0 ruptura por flu\u00eancia e resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o em alta temperatura, \u00e9 um material adequado para superaquecedores e reaquecedores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na verdade, Sanicro 25 tem melhor resist\u00eancia \u00e0 ruptura por flu\u00eancia do que a maioria dos a\u00e7os inoxid\u00e1veis austen\u00edticos na faixa de 600 ~ 750 \u2103. Outras aplica\u00e7\u00f5es incluem aquecedores, sistemas de bombas e bombas e vasos em plantas de \u00e1cido fosf\u00f3rico e \u00famido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Liga multiuso 800<\/strong>: comumente usado em ambientes de 550 ~ 1100 \u2103, tais ambientes requerem materiais com excelente resist\u00eancia \u00e0 flu\u00eancia, boa resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o em altas temperaturas e resist\u00eancia em altas temperaturas. Esse tipo de liga tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 usado na importa\u00e7\u00e3o e exporta\u00e7\u00e3o de am\u00f4nia, metanol e g\u00e1s civil, e a liga 800 tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 uma boa escolha para tubos de forno usados na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de cloreto de vinila e etileno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outras aplica\u00e7\u00f5es incluem tubos de troca de calor de leito de combust\u00e3o fluidizado, tubos radiantes e componentes de fornos de tratamento t\u00e9rmico, como tubos silenciosos e luvas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de termopar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A liga 25Cr-35Ni 353MA \u00e9 projetada para ser usada em ambientes onde h\u00e1 problemas potenciais com carbura\u00e7\u00e3o e absor\u00e7\u00e3o de nitrog\u00eanio, e \u00e9 adequada para fornos de craqueamento e reforma de tubos que processam g\u00e1s de s\u00edntese. Embora existam outros materiais alternativos que contenham mais cromo, o 353MA \u00e9 o ideal. Uma das raz\u00f5es \u00e9 que cont\u00e9m o elemento Ce, que ajuda a formar uma camada de \u00f3xido superficial muito est\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alloy 69<\/strong>: N\u00edquel 60%, utilizado principalmente na tubula\u00e7\u00e3o de geradores de vapor em usinas nucleares (Figura 3). A escultura tem cerca de 23m de altura. Um grande n\u00famero de marinheiros passa por aqui todos os dias. \u00c9 uma atra\u00e7\u00e3o famosa. A \u00e1gua do mar ao redor cont\u00e9m sais e os cloretos s\u00e3o suscept\u00edveis de causar corros\u00e3o externa.
