A cerim\u00f4nia de coloca\u00e7\u00e3o da pedra fundamental do alto-forno de 1680m\u00b3 do Projeto de Fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de Ferro N\u00edquel Liugang<\/h2>\n

Na manh\u00e3 de 30 de junho, na nova \u00e1rea do projeto da Zhongjin Company do Parque Industrial Yulin Longtan, ao som de fogos de artif\u00edcio, Liu Jun, vice-gerente geral da Liugang, anunciou o lan\u00e7amento oficial do novo projeto de alto-forno.<\/p>\n

O alto-forno \u00e9 o marco do projeto de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o. A funda\u00e7\u00e3o bem-sucedida da \u00e1rea de alto-forno \u00e9 um marco. Ele ter\u00e1 um papel importante na acelera\u00e7\u00e3o da constru\u00e7\u00e3o de todo o projeto e tamb\u00e9m marcar\u00e1 um passo s\u00f3lido para o projeto de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de ferrocromo Liugang.<\/p>\n

O projeto usa tecnologia e equipamentos de processo avan\u00e7ados, pr\u00e1ticos, maduros, confi\u00e1veis, com economia de energia, ecologicamente corretos, eficientes e de longa dura\u00e7\u00e3o para atingir a meta de alta efici\u00eancia, baixo consumo, alta qualidade, longevidade e limpeza da produ\u00e7\u00e3o do alto-forno.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o do projeto, o projeto pode adicionar 1,46 milh\u00f5es de toneladas de ferro-gusa por ano, das quais cerca de 200.000 toneladas \/ ano de metal quente s\u00e3o enviadas para a f\u00e1brica de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel existente, e o ferro fundido restante \u00e9 em lingotes e fornecido para empresa do grupo ou mercado.<\/p>\n

O processo de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de ferro adota novos equipamentos e novas tecnologias, como sistema avan\u00e7ado de despoeiramento de g\u00e1s seco, sistema TRT, sistema de tratamento de esc\u00f3ria e tecnologia de forno abrangente com economia de energia, o que reduzir\u00e1 o custo de opera\u00e7\u00e3o do equipamento e a efici\u00eancia de produ\u00e7\u00e3o do equipamento, e melhorar\u00e1 a capacidade de reciclagem de res\u00edduos e a taxa de reciclagem .<\/p>\n

O tempo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto \u00e9 apertado e a tarefa pesada. A unidade de constru\u00e7\u00e3o 11\u00ba Grupo Metal\u00fargico afirmou que \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio garantir que o projeto seja conclu\u00eddo conforme o planejado, concluir as tarefas de constru\u00e7\u00e3o com alta qualidade e efici\u00eancia, e transformar o projeto de ferron\u00edquel Liugang em um projeto modelo e um projeto de qualidade para promover a economia e desenvolvimento social da cidade de Yulin e do Parque Industrial de Longtan. A constru\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos industriais e a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o do Grupo Liugang para o desenvolvimento de alta qualidade.<\/p>\n
