500,000-ton Rod And 200,000-ton Seamless Pipe Project Of\u00a0 Qingtuo Nickel Finished<\/h2>\n

A rods and seamless pipes project of qingtuo nickel completed, Fujian Qingtuo Nickel Industry Co., Ltd., a stainless steel pipe fittings supplier<\/a> and Nichrome supplier in China, was registered in April 2011, is a subsidiary of Fujian Qingtuo Group of Tsingshan Group.<\/p>\n

The group has subsidiaries of Fujian Qingtuo Industry, Dingxin Technology, Qingtuo Logistics, Qingtuo Equipment, etc., mainly engaged in nickel Alloy smelting, stainless steel production, processing and sales.<\/p>\n

Fujian Qingtuo Nickel Industry Co., Ltd. was originally called “Fujian Dingxin Nickel Industry Co., Ltd.”, and was renamed “Fujian Qingtuo Nickel Industry Co., Ltd.” at the end of 2015.\"fujian

The stainless steel bar and stainless steel seamless pipe project of Qingtuo Nickel is located in the south side of Fujian China. It mainly builds a hot rolling<\/a> workshop and a piercing workshop.<\/p>\n

In March 2015, the construction unit entrusted Fujian Provincial Academy of Environmental Sciences to compile \u201cEnvironmental Impact Report Form of Stainless Steel Bar and Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe Project of Fujian Dingxin Nickel Industry Co., Ltd.\u201d in March 2015. On September 15th, 2015, the \u201cNingshi Huanjian [2015] No. 45\u201d document was approved for the \u201cEnvironmental Impact Report Form of the Stainless Steel Bar and Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe Project of Fujian Dingxin Nickel Industry Co., Ltd.\u201d.<\/p>\n

According to the comments:\u00a0 the stainless steel bars<\/a> and stainless steel seamless pipes<\/a> project will build a hot-rolled production line with a capacity of 500,000 t\/a bar; the perforation workshop contains 8 production lines with a capacity of 200,000 t\/a seamless tubings.<\/p>\n

  1. The project started construction in August 2014.<\/li>\n
  2. The steel rolling workshop was completed and put into trial production in August 2015, and the six-line pipe production line in the perforation workshop was completed and put into trial production in August 2016.<\/li>\n
  3. During the construction period, the first three stages of exhaust gas treatment in the rolling process of the hot rolling workshop and the exhaust gas emission method of the heating furnace in the piercing workshop were adjusted.   5. In August 2019, the remaining two pipe production lines in the piercing workshop were completed and put into trial production.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • (2) In order to further improve energy efficiency and reduce pollutant emissions, the construction unit has optimized and reformed the heating furnace system of the stainless steel bar production line. After the transformation, the gas consumption per unit product of the stainless steel bar production line is significantly reduced compared with the periodical environmental protection acceptance, and the pollutant emissions from the heating furnace of the steel rolling workshop have been reduced.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
