Porque muitas vezes temos clientes que precisam de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/pt\/tubos-de-aco-inoxidavel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tubo de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel 1.4404<\/a> e acess\u00f3rios, somos incapazes de fornecer 1.4404 na pr\u00e1tica e s\u00f3 podemos substitu\u00ed-lo pelo grau ASME. E as normas EN n\u00e3o s\u00e3o notas comuns no mercado dom\u00e9stico chin\u00eas. Quando os clientes precisam de pequenas quantidades, normalmente solicitamos que verifiquem se podemos usar a classe ASME equivalente para substituir a classe EN, porque a ASTM est\u00e1 mais prontamente dispon\u00edvel. Portanto, isto nos leva \u00e0 pergunta, faremos hoje uma breve an\u00e1lise a partir de sua composi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica e propriedades mec\u00e2nicas.<\/p><p>A maior parte do 316L dispon\u00edvel \u00e9 normalmente produzida de acordo com o padr\u00e3o americano na China. Por raz\u00f5es de custo, as usinas sider\u00fargicas geralmente reduzem ao m\u00e1ximo o conte\u00fado de Ni de seus produtos. A norma americana estipula que o conte\u00fado de Ni do 316L \u00e9 10-14%, enquanto a norma europ\u00e9ia estipula que o conte\u00fado de Ni do 316L \u00e9 10-13%. Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o, constatamos que 1.4404 tem uma clara exig\u00eancia de conte\u00fado N e uma exig\u00eancia de conte\u00fado Cr m\u00ednimo de 16,5. Os outros valores listados aqui s\u00e3o requisitos m\u00e1ximos, portanto, pensamos que os outros elementos s\u00e3o os mesmos. Se TP316L for usado ao inv\u00e9s de 1.4404, ent\u00e3o \u00e9 importante considerar se o conte\u00fado de Cr atende ao requisito m\u00ednimo de 16,5.
