PT<\/strong><\/h2><h3><strong>Pr\u00e9-limpeza da superf\u00edcie da pe\u00e7a<\/strong><\/h3><p>Antes de aplicar penetrante na superf\u00edcie inspecionada, a superf\u00edcie da pe\u00e7a inspecionada deve ser limpa com um agente de limpeza, para que a superf\u00edcie inspecionada esteja livre de \u00f3leo, ferrugem, lascas, tinta e outras sujeiras (como a inspe\u00e7\u00e3o da solda, n\u00e3o deve haver \u00f3xido, esc\u00f3ria, respingos e outras sujeiras na superf\u00edcie da solda e na borda da solda), e ent\u00e3o, para que a superf\u00edcie da pe\u00e7a inspecionada esteja totalmente seca.<\/p><h3><strong>Penetra\u00e7\u00e3o de cor<\/strong><\/h3><p>Depois de pulverizar uniformemente com penetrante na superf\u00edcie da pe\u00e7a que foi tratada de forma limpa, penetrar durante 5-15 minutos.<\/p><h3><strong>Limpeza e secagem<\/strong><\/h3><p>Ap\u00f3s a infiltra\u00e7\u00e3o por 5-15 minutos, antes de aplicar o agente em desenvolvimento.<\/p><p>(1) Utilizar um agente de limpeza para limpar o penetrante pulverizado na superf\u00edcie da pe\u00e7a, fazendo com que a superf\u00edcie examinada fique limpa.<\/p><p>(2) Secar com gaze limpa ou secar naturalmente \u00e0 temperatura ambiente<\/p><p>Nota: Ao remover o excesso de penetra\u00e7\u00e3o, deve ser evitada a limpeza excessiva ou insuficiente (para garantir que n\u00e3o haja penetra\u00e7\u00e3o na superf\u00edcie da pe\u00e7a).<\/p><h3><strong>Imaging<\/strong><\/h3><p>Ap\u00f3s agitar bem o revelador de imagem, a superf\u00edcie da pe\u00e7a inspecionada (pe\u00e7a limpa e seca) deve ser pulverizada uniformemente a uma dist\u00e2ncia de 150mm-300mm, com um \u00e2ngulo de pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o de 30\u00b0-40\u00b0, e o tempo de imagem n\u00e3o deve ser inferior a 7 minutos.<\/p><h3><strong>Observa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h3><p>1\u3001Observation dos tra\u00e7os deve come\u00e7ar da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do revelador at\u00e9 que o tamanho dos tra\u00e7os n\u00e3o mude, cerca de 7-15 minutos, a observa\u00e7\u00e3o da imagem deve ser feita dentro de 7~60 minutos ap\u00f3s a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do revelador.<\/p><p>2\u3001Observation dos tra\u00e7os devem ser feitos sob luz natural ou luz branca suficiente.<\/p><p>3\u3001To observe os tra\u00e7os da tela, use a olho nu ou amplia\u00e7\u00e3o de 5 a 10 vezes.<\/p><p>4\u3001If voc\u00ea n\u00e3o pode distinguir entre tra\u00e7os defeituosos reais e falsos, voc\u00ea deve retesar a pe\u00e7a.<\/p><h3><strong>Julgamento e registro de resultados<\/strong><\/h3><p>1, de acordo com o tamanho e a
