Este m\u00e9todo \u00e9 a intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre o vazamento do campo magn\u00e9tico dos defeitos da pe\u00e7a de trabalho e o p\u00f3 magn\u00e9tico. Se houver qualquer defeito na superf\u00edcie do a\u00e7o e pr\u00f3ximo \u00e0 superf\u00edcie (tais como rachaduras, inclus\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria, gr\u00e3os, etc.), a permeabilidade da superf\u00edcie ser\u00e1 diferente da permeabilidade original do a\u00e7o. l\u00edquidos, conhecido como PT, \u00e9 uma esp\u00e9cie de teste n\u00e3o-destrutivo (teste NDT). \u00c9 utilizado para detectar alguns danos por rachaduras que os olhos n\u00e3o conseguem Princ\u00edpios diferentes<\/strong><\/h3><p>Testes MT: Este m\u00e9todo \u00e9 para detectar os defeitos na superf\u00edcie ou pr\u00f3ximo \u00e0 superf\u00edcie de materiais ferromagn\u00e9ticos por p\u00f3s magn\u00e9ticos no vazamento do campo magn\u00e9tico. Isto requer a magnetiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos produtos, de modo que a parte com defeito possa atrair p\u00f3s magn\u00e9ticos. Assim, os defeitos na superf\u00edcie ou pr\u00f3ximo \u00e0 superf\u00edcie podem ser observados.<\/p><p>Este m\u00e9todo \u00e9 simples e intuitivo. Este m\u00e9todo de teste pertence a testes magn\u00e9ticos, e outros testes magn\u00e9ticos incluem: o uso de componentes hall e componentes semicondutores magn\u00e9ticos sens\u00edveis; o uso de grava\u00e7\u00e3o de fita magn\u00e9tica; e o uso de for\u00e7a eletromotiva por indu\u00e7\u00e3o de bobina.<\/p><p>Teste Penetrante: Este m\u00e9todo \u00e9 usar corante para espalhar na superf\u00edcie do material, e o corante penetrar\u00e1 nas \u00e1reas danificadas. Em seguida, limpar o corante depois de coloc\u00e1-lo por um tempo, e aspergir o revelador. Depois disto, a \u00e1rea danificada pode ser vista claramente.<\/p><p>Este m\u00e9todo \u00e9 obtido por fen\u00f4meno capilar: o l\u00edquido perme\u00e1vel lavar\u00e1 o corante que penetrou nos defeitos. E o corante residual ser\u00e1 absorvido devido \u00e0 a\u00e7\u00e3o capilar. Diferentes Aplica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/h3><p>Teste de part\u00edcula magn\u00e9tica: No campo industrial, este teste pode ser usado como inspe\u00e7\u00e3o final do produto acabado, para garantir que nenhum defeito prejudicial seja deixado na superf\u00edcie ap\u00f3s v\u00e1rios procedimentos de processamento (tais como solda, tratamento t\u00e9rmico de metais, moagem).
