En raison de sa forte teneur en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/fr\/role-du-molybdene-dans-les-tubes-et-raccords-en-acier-inoxydable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">molybd\u00e8ne<\/a> et de cuivre, il est tr\u00e8s r\u00e9sistant aux acides chlorhydrique et sulfurique. L'alliage G-30 r\u00e9siste \u00e9galement \u00e0 des acides assez mod\u00e9r\u00e9s. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/fr\/attaque-chlorique-sur-lacier-inoxydable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">attaque locale induite par les chlorures<\/a>. Cela peut expliquer les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts ci-dessous dans les \u00e9vaporateurs utilis\u00e9s pour concentrer le P2O5.<\/p><p>L'alliage G-30 est sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 l'attaque de l'acide phosphorique commercial. Cet alliage est particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 pour les tubes d'\u00e9change thermique et d'autres composants dans l'industrie des engrais. Sa teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en cobalt en fait \u00e9galement un alliage de choix pour le d\u00e9capage de solutions fortement oxydantes.<\/p><p>Les t\u00f4les G-30 sont conformes \u00e0 la norme ASME SB 582\/ASTM B 582. class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-992f84c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"992f84c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L'acide phosphorique humide (P2O5) provient de la r\u00e9action du minerai de phosphate avec l'acide sulfurique.<\/p><p>Il contient de nombreuses impuret\u00e9s et sa concentration en P2O5 n'est que d'environ 30 %. En effet, une grande quantit\u00e9 d'eau de rin\u00e7age est n\u00e9cessaire pour le s\u00e9parer de l'autre produit principal de la r\u00e9action, le sulfate de calcium. Les impuret\u00e9s typiques comprennent l'acide sulfurique qui n'a pas r\u00e9agi, divers ions m\u00e9talliques, des ions fluorure et des ions chlorure. Les ions fluorures ont tendance \u00e0 former des complexes avec les ions m\u00e9talliques et sont donc moins abondants que les ions chlorures. Cela influence fortement la r\u00e9action \u00e9lectrochimique entre l'acide phosphorique \u201cWet Process\u201d et le mat\u00e9riau m\u00e9tallique. Des particules peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre pr\u00e9sentes dans l'acide \u201cWet Process\u201d.<\/p><p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la concentration de P2O5 est port\u00e9e \u00e0 54 % dans ce processus. La concentration d'impuret\u00e9s diminue avec l'augmentation de la concentration d'acide phosphorique. Cela contrebalance l'effet de concentration de la corrosivit\u00e9 de l'acide.<\/p><p>Le tableau ci-dessous compare l'alliage G-30 \u00e0 l'acier inoxydable.
