Les conditions de test sp\u00e9cifiques et les r\u00e9sultats sont indiqu\u00e9s dans le tableau. Le processus de d\u00e9capage est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par l&#039;effet de d\u00e9capage comme suit : acide sulfurique 220g\/L, oxyde de sodium 30g\/L, temp\u00e9rature 60\u2103, additif 10g\/L, temps de d\u00e9capage 50 minutes, temps de passivation 4 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organisez la production de masse en fonction des r\u00e9sultats du laboratoire et configurez les r\u00e9servoirs de d\u00e9capage pour la production de tuyaux en acier inoxydable S31803 en fonction des ingr\u00e9dients du laboratoire. Composition acide : 220 g\/L d&#039;acide sulfurique, environ 30 g\/L d&#039;oxyde de sodium et environ 10 g\/L d&#039;additifs. Faire tremper dans la cuve de blanchiment pendant 5 minutes. Adoptant une nouvelle technologie de traitement thermique, contr\u00f4lant la finition de surface de la dalle coul\u00e9e apr\u00e8s broyage et un nouveau rapport de solution acide, un total de 34 lots de tests ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9s, le temps de d\u00e9capage moyen \u00e9tait de 57,2 min, la couleur de surface \u00e9tait uniforme et le objectif attendu a \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la sp\u00e9cification des processus li\u00e9s \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 du d\u00e9capage, l&#039;objectif d&#039;un taux de r\u00e9ussite du d\u00e9capage de 100% a \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint. Dans le m\u00eame temps, il a pass\u00e9 la certification S31803 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/fr\/tuyaux-en-acier-inoxydable\/\" target=\"_blank\">tuyaux en acier inoxydable<\/a> par la China Classification Society, Delaunay, Inlaw, France et d&#039;autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de classification. Gr\u00e2ce au test du processus de d\u00e9capage des tuyaux et raccords en acier inoxydable S31803, le rapport de composition de la solution acide, la temp\u00e9rature acide sp\u00e9cifique et les additifs efficaces adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;acier inoxydable duplex \u00e0 haute teneur en Cr, en Mo et en N sont propos\u00e9s.
