Les phases de composition de base sont la ferrite et les carbures. La r\u00e9sistance du corps du c\u00e2ble en fer joue un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisif dans la r\u00e9sistance de l&#039;acier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des exp\u00e9riences ont prouv\u00e9 que tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d&#039;alliage peuvent renforcer la ferrite, mais leur degr\u00e9 de renforcement est diff\u00e9rent. Le silicium, le mangan\u00e8se et le nickel ont un effet fortifiant plus important. Le silicium et le mangan\u00e8se ont un effet puissant et sont riches en ressources. Ce sont les \u00e9l\u00e9ments les plus couramment utilis\u00e9s pour renforcer la ferrite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les aciers inoxydables duplex faiblement alli\u00e9s courants en Chine utilisent le silicium et le mangan\u00e8se comme principaux \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage. Tungst\u00e8ne, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/fr\/role-du-molybdene-dans-les-tubes-et-raccords-en-acier-inoxydable\/\" target=\"_blank\">molybd\u00e8ne<\/a>Le chrome et le cobalt ont l'effet de renforcement le plus faible. Lorsque l'on consid\u00e8re l'effet de renforcement, l'impact sur la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre pris en compte. Quelle que soit la quantit\u00e9 de tungst\u00e8ne et d'aluminium ajout\u00e9e, ils r\u00e9duiront fortement la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 de la ferrite. Par cons\u00e9quent, dans les aciers de construction qui n\u00e9cessitent une t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e, en particulier lorsque l'acier contient une faible teneur en carbone, le tungst\u00e8ne et le molybd\u00e8ne ne doivent pas \u00eatre ajout\u00e9s en grandes quantit\u00e9s. Lorsque la teneur en silicium dans la ferrite est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,8%, elle n'a pratiquement aucun effet sur la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9, et si elle d\u00e9passe cette valeur, la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 sera fortement r\u00e9duite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut faire tr\u00e8s attention aux effets du mangan\u00e8se, du chrome et du nickel sur la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9. Lorsque ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments se situent dans une certaine plage (Mn\u22641.8%; Cr\u22642.0%; Ni\u22643.5%), la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 du corps en ferrite sera quelque peu diff\u00e9rente. Augmenter; et lorsqu&#039;elle d\u00e9passe cette plage, la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 diminuera \u00e0 des degr\u00e9s divers. C&#039;est la principale raison pour laquelle certaines quantit\u00e9s de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont souvent ajout\u00e9es aux aciers de construction qui n\u00e9cessitent une t\u00e9nacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d&#039;alliage r\u00e9duisent la teneur en carbone eutecto\u00efde et stabilisent l&#039;aust\u00e9nite surfondue, de sorte que la quantit\u00e9 de ferrite libre est r\u00e9duite et la quantit\u00e9 de perlite augmente, ce qui produit naturellement un certain effet de renforcement. C&#039;est plus \u00e9vident \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tat normalisant. Mais dans tous les cas, m\u00eame s&#039;il s&#039;agit d&#039;un acier alli\u00e9 multi-\u00e9l\u00e9ments de composition complexe, il est difficile d&#039;obtenir des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques plus satisfaisantes \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tat recuit. En effet, le r\u00f4le des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d&#039;alliage n&#039;est pas facile \u00e0 exercer pleinement dans cet \u00e9tat, les aciers inoxydables duplex sont donc presque toujours utilis\u00e9s
