Il pr\u00e9sente non seulement une bonne r\u00e9sistance globale \u00e0 la corrosion dans les milieux r\u00e9ducteurs, mais pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement une excellente r\u00e9sistance dans les milieux contenant du chlorure. La performance de la corrosion locale telle que la corrosion par piq\u00fbres et la corrosion caverneuse. Dans le m\u00eame temps, la r\u00e9sistance de cet acier est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de l&#039;acier inoxydable aust\u00e9nitique au chrome nickel g\u00e9n\u00e9ral en raison de l&#039;effet de renforcement de l&#039;azote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#039;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment en raison de ces caract\u00e9ristiques que l&#039;acier 254SMo est de plus en plus utilis\u00e9 et qu&#039;il peut \u00e9galement remplacer les alliages \u00e0 haute teneur en nickel r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la corrosion dans certaines applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Composition chimique et caract\u00e9ristiques organisationnelles du 254SMo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9tat solide en solution du 254SMo est une structure aust\u00e9nitique unique, mais il est affect\u00e9 par l&#039;histoire thermique. Par exemple, les carbures et les compos\u00e9s de phase interm\u00e9tallique pr\u00e9cipiteront dans la zone affect\u00e9e thermiquement pendant le processus de refroidissement du travail \u00e0 chaud et apr\u00e8s le soudage, en raison de la teneur en carbone de l&#039;acier. Il est tr\u00e8s faible, il s&#039;agit donc principalement de la phase X, phase \u03b1, \u03b2 et autres phases interm\u00e9talliques et la pr\u00e9cipitation de Cr2N est la courbe TTP (temp\u00e9rature-temps-pr\u00e9cipitation) de 254SMo contenant 0,21% N.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les courbes cin\u00e9tiques de la pr\u00e9cipitation de la phase interm\u00e9tallique de l'acier 254SMo et les r\u00e9sultats de la comparaison avec les phases contenant de l'eau. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/fr\/role-du-molybdene-dans-les-tubes-et-raccords-en-acier-inoxydable\/\" target=\"_blank\">molybd\u00e8ne<\/a> (316) et \u00e0 haute teneur en molybd\u00e8ne (904L et 317LMN).
