En raison de probl\u00e8mes de fiabilit\u00e9, une surveillance continue est n\u00e9cessaire et les co\u00fbts de maintenance sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence, de nombreuses unit\u00e9s ont remplac\u00e9 les tuyaux en acier au carbone par des mat\u00e9riaux plus r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 la corrosion. Afin de respecter la dur\u00e9e de vie nominale de la nouvelle centrale nucl\u00e9aire de plus de 60 ans, l&#039;utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux plus performants sera envisag\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;acier inoxydable a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une option viable pour la construction de nouveaux syst\u00e8mes de tuyauterie d&#039;alimentation en eau et la r\u00e9paration ou le remplacement des syst\u00e8mes existants en acier au carbone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;acier inoxydable couramment utilis\u00e9 dans le programme de mise \u00e0 niveau du pipeline est l&#039;acier inoxydable 304L, 316L ou 6% Mo. L&#039;\u00e9cart de performances et de prix entre l&#039;acier inoxydable 316L et 6% Mo est important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le fluide de refroidissement est de l&#039;eau non trait\u00e9e, qui est tr\u00e8s corrosive et pr\u00e9sente un risque de corrosion microbienne, 304L et 316L ne sont pas des choix appropri\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, les centrales nucl\u00e9aires doivent passer \u00e0 l&#039;acier inoxydable 6% Mo ou accepter les co\u00fbts de maintenance \u00e9lev\u00e9s des syst\u00e8mes en acier au carbone.
