le traitement thermique final. Les tuyaux ASTM A269 doivent \u00eatre soud\u00e9s \u00e0 froid ou \u00e0 chaud ou sans soudure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tests et contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Surface<\/strong>: Les sp\u00e9cifications ASTM A249 et ASTM A269, apr\u00e8s traitement thermique, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/fr\/tubes-en-acier-inoxydable\/\" target=\"_blank\">tubes en acier inoxydable<\/a> doit \u00eatre d\u00e9cap\u00e9 sans tartre, lorsqu&#039;un recuit brillant est utilis\u00e9, le d\u00e9capage n&#039;est pas n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Traitement thermique<\/strong>: Tous les tuyaux conformes aux normes ASTM A249 et ASTM A269 doivent \u00eatre trait\u00e9s thermiquement, sauf dans des conditions sp\u00e9ciales, il existe des temp\u00e9ratures de recuit diff\u00e9rentes pour diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ASTM A249 : aplatissement, bride et pliage invers\u00e9, essai de traction et duret\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ASTM A269 : test d&#039;\u00e9vasement pour tube sans soudure, test de bride pour tube soud\u00e9, test d&#039;aplatissement invers\u00e9 et test de duret\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/fr\/blog\/comment-verifier-les-dommages-sans-endommager-les-tuyaux-en-acier-inoxydable\/\" target=\"_blank\">Essai non destructif<\/a><\/strong>: Chaque tuyau doit \u00eatre soumis \u00e0 l&#039;essai non destructif ou \u00e0 l&#039;essai hydrostatique, dans de nombreux cas, l&#039;essai non destructif fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l&#039;essai par courants de Foucault ou \u00e0 l&#039;essai sous-marin \u00e0 l&#039;air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Norme de double certification<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les utilisateurs doivent faire la distinction entre les sp\u00e9cifications ASTM A249 et ASTM A269, bien qu&#039;il s&#039;agisse de normes typiques pour les exigences techniques des tubes en acier inoxydable, mais diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans certains cas, les utilisateurs exigent que les tuyaux en acier inoxydable soient conformes \u00e0 la double norme certifi\u00e9e A249\/A269, ce qui signifie que les tuyaux doivent \u00eatre conformes \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 ASTM A249 et \u00e0 ASTM A269, et obtenir la meilleure valeur ou le meilleur r\u00e9sultat
