L&#039;acier inoxydable aust\u00e9nitique n&#039;est pas magn\u00e9tique. L&#039;alliage aust\u00e9nitique le plus courant est l&#039;acier fer-chrome-nickel, largement connu sous le nom de s\u00e9rie 300.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En raison de la teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en chrome et en nickel, les tuyaux en acier inoxydable aust\u00e9nitique sont les plus r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 la corrosion du groupe des aciers inoxydables, offrant des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques exceptionnellement bonnes. Ils ne peuvent pas \u00eatre durcis par traitement thermique, mais peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9rablement durcis par \u00e9crouissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Grade droit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les grades droits de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/fr\/tuyaux-en-acier-inoxydable\/\" target=\"_blank\">tuyaux en acier inoxydable aust\u00e9nitique<\/a> contenir jusqu&#039;\u00e0 0,08% de carbone. Il existe une id\u00e9e fausse selon laquelle l&#039;acier de qualit\u00e9 pure contient au moins 0,035% de carbone, mais la sp\u00e9cification ne l&#039;exige pas. Tant que le mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9pond aux exigences physiques de qualit\u00e9 pure, il n&#039;y a pas d&#039;exigence minimale en carbone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\"Grade \"L<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le grade \"L\" est utilis\u00e9 pour offrir une r\u00e9sistance suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 la corrosion apr\u00e8s soudage. La lettre \"L\" apr\u00e8s le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/fr\/tuyaux-en-acier-inoxydable\/\" target=\"_blank\">tuyau en acier inoxydable<\/a> indique un faible taux de carbone (par exemple 304L). Maintenez le carbone \u00e0 0,035% ou moins pour \u00e9viter la pr\u00e9cipitation du carbure. Le g\u00e2teau est \u00e9galement chauff\u00e9. Le mat\u00e9riau a ainsi obtenu la double certification 304\/304L ; 316\/316L et autres qualit\u00e9s \"H\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>\"Grade \"H<\/strong> La teneur en carbone est d'au moins 0,04% et la teneur maximale en carbone est de 0,10%, ce qui est indiqu\u00e9 par la lettre \"H\" apr\u00e8s l'alliage. Les gens exigent principalement la qualit\u00e9 \"H\", parce que le mat\u00e9riau sera utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eames, car la teneur en carbone plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e aide le mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 conserver sa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous entendrez peut-\u00eatre le terme \"recuit de mise en solution\". Il est utilis\u00e9 pour les \u00e9quipements de traitement chimique, pour les industries alimentaires, laiti\u00e8res et des boissons, pour les \u00e9changeurs de chaleur et pour les produits chimiques plus doux.&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td bgcolor=\"#05B8E4\"><strong>Type 316<\/strong><\/td><td>Contient 16% \u00e0 18% de chrome et 11% \u00e0 14% de nickel. Il contient \u00e9galement <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/fr\/role-du-molybdene-dans-les-tubes-et-raccords-en-acier-inoxydable\/\" target=\"_blank\">molybd\u00e8ne<\/a> ajout\u00e9 au nickel et au chrome du 304. Le molybd\u00e8ne est utilis\u00e9 pour contr\u00f4ler les attaques de type piq\u00fbres. Le type 316 est utilis\u00e9 dans le traitement chimique, l'industrie de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 papier et du papier, pour le traitement et la distribution des aliments et des boissons, ainsi que dans les domaines plus <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/fr\/quels-sont-les-environnements-corrosifs-pour-les-tuyauteries\/\" target=\"_blank\">environnements corrosifs<\/a>. Il est souvent utilis\u00e9 dans les piles qui contiennent des \u00e9purateurs.&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td bgcolor=\"#05B8E4\"><strong>Taper&nbsp;<u>317L<\/u><\/strong><\/td>\n  <td>Limite la teneur maximale en carbone \u00e0 0,030% max. et silicium \u00e0 0,75% max. pour une r\u00e9sistance accrue \u00e0 la corrosion.&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td bgcolor=\"#05B8E4\"><strong>Type 317LM<\/strong><\/td><td>N\u00e9cessite une teneur en molybd\u00e8ne de 4.00% min.&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td bgcolor=\"#05B8E4\"><strong>Type 317LMN<\/strong><\/td><td>N\u00e9cessite une teneur en molybd\u00e8ne de 4.00% min. et azote de 0,15% min.&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td bgcolor=\"#05B8E4\"><strong>Taper&nbsp;<u>321<\/u><br \/>Taper&nbsp;<u>347<\/u>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><td>Ces types ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pour une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion pour une exposition intermittente r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 800 degr\u00e9s F. Le type 321 est fabriqu\u00e9 par l&#039;ajout de titane et le type 347 est fabriqu\u00e9 par l&#039;ajout de tantale\/columbium.
