Lorsque la largeur de crevasse est comprise entre 25 et 100 m, c&#039;est la plage la plus sensible \u00e0 la corrosion caverneuse. Dans certaines crevasses plus larges, le milieu corrosif s&#039;\u00e9coule facilement, la corrosion caverneuse ne se produit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat de la corrosion caverneuse entra\u00eenera une r\u00e9duction de la r\u00e9sistance du composant et un mauvais ajustement. L&#039;augmentation du volume des produits de corrosion dans les anfractuosit\u00e9s va provoquer des contraintes locales suppl\u00e9mentaires, ce qui non seulement rend le montage difficile, mais peut \u00e9galement r\u00e9duire la capacit\u00e9 portante de la pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La corrosion caverneuse des m\u00e9taux pr\u00e9sente les principales caract\u00e9ristiques suivantes\u00a0:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) Qu&#039;il s&#039;agisse du contact de m\u00e9taux identiques ou diff\u00e9rents ou du contact entre le m\u00e9tal et le non-m\u00e9tal, ou m\u00eame certains d\u00e9p\u00f4ts et attachements sur la surface m\u00e9tallique, tant qu&#039;il y a des fentes et des milieux corrosifs qui rencontrent la crevasse corrosion, presque toute la corrosion caverneuse se produit dans les alliages et les m\u00e9taux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les alliages ou m\u00e9taux \u00e0 forte capacit\u00e9 d&#039;auto-passivation sont plus sensibles \u00e0 la corrosion caverneuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) Presque tous les milieux (y compris l&#039;eau douce) peuvent provoquer une corrosion caverneuse des m\u00e9taux, et la solution contenant des ions chlorure est la plus susceptible de provoquer une corrosion caverneuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(3) La surface du m\u00e9tal soumis \u00e0 la corrosion par crevasses peut pr\u00e9senter soit une corrosion g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e, soit une corrosion par piq\u00fbres.
