Apr\u00e8s refroidissement, une structure monophas\u00e9e uniforme est obtenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. \u00c9limine l&#039;\u00e9crouissage pour faciliter la poursuite du traitement \u00e0 froid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce au traitement de mise en solution, le r\u00e9seau torsad\u00e9 est restaur\u00e9, les grains allong\u00e9s et cass\u00e9s sont recristallis\u00e9s, la contrainte interne est \u00e9limin\u00e9e, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction du tuyau en acier est r\u00e9duite et l&#039;allongement est augment\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Restaurez la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion inh\u00e9rente \u00e0 l&#039;acier inoxydable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En raison du travail \u00e0 froid, les pr\u00e9cipitations de carbure et les d\u00e9fauts de r\u00e9seau r\u00e9duisent la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion de l&#039;acier inoxydable. Apr\u00e8s la mise en solution, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion du tube en acier a \u00e9t\u00e9 restaur\u00e9e au meilleur \u00e9tat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/fr\/tuyaux-en-acier-inoxydable\/\" target=\"_blank\">tuyaux en acier inoxydable<\/a> et raccords, les trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments du recuit de mise en solution sont la temp\u00e9rature, le temps de maintien et la vitesse de refroidissement. En particulier pour les aciers \u00e0 forte teneur en mangan\u00e8se, molybd\u00e8ne, nickel et silicium, les effets d&#039;adoucissement ne peuvent \u00eatre obtenus que si la temp\u00e9rature de la solution est augment\u00e9e et suffisamment dissoute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, dans les aciers stabilis\u00e9s, tels que le 1Cr18Ni9Ti, les carbures des \u00e9l\u00e9ments stabilisants sont suffisamment dissous dans l&#039;aust\u00e9nite lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de la solution est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, et lors du refroidissement ult\u00e9rieur, ils pr\u00e9cipiteront aux joints de grains sous forme de Cr23C6, provoquant une corrosion intergranulaire.
