Cr et Mo sont utilis\u00e9s pour augmenter la teneur en ferrite, tandis que Ni et N sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments stabilisateurs d&#039;aust\u00e9nite. Certains types d&#039;acier contiennent \u00e9galement des \u00e9l\u00e9ments tels que Mn, Cu et W.<\/p>\n<p>Cr, Ni et Mo peuvent am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion, et les performances de corrosion par piq\u00fbres et fissures sont particuli\u00e8rement bonnes dans l&#039;environnement contenant du chlorure. N est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment formant de l&#039;aust\u00e9nite qui augmente la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion par piq\u00fbres et crevasses des aciers inoxydables duplex. L&#039;azote peut retarder la pr\u00e9cipitation des lacunes m\u00e9talliques et r\u00e9duire la tendance \u00e0 former des phases dans les aciers inoxydables duplex.<\/p>\n<p>Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques de l&#039;acier inoxydable duplex sont li\u00e9es \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de revenu de la plaque d&#039;acier. Plus la temp\u00e9rature de revenu est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus la r\u00e9sistance est faible.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de revenu est de 600 \u2103, la limite d&#039;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 est de 400 MPa et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction est de 650 MPa.<\/p>\n<p>La figure 1 montre la structure m\u00e9tallurgique de l&#039;acier inoxydable duplex 2205 (corrosif 30 g K (OH) + 30 g K3 Fe (CN) 6 + 100 ml H2O). La structure m\u00e9tallurgique de l&#039;acier inoxydable duplex est constitu\u00e9e de ferrite alpha (noir) et d&#039;aust\u00e9nite gamma. Par rapport \u00e0 l'acier inoxydable ferritique, il pr\u00e9sente une t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e, une faible temp\u00e9rature de transition entre la ductilit\u00e9 et la fragilit\u00e9, une am\u00e9lioration significative de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion et de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/fr\/corrosion-intergranulaire-danger-cache\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">corrosion intergranulaire<\/a> Par rapport \u00e0 l'acier inoxydable aust\u00e9nitique, la limite d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fatigue sont consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9es, soit environ le double de celles de l'acier inoxydable aust\u00e9nitique, et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion intergranulaire, \u00e0 la corrosion sous contrainte et \u00e0 la fatigue due \u00e0 la corrosion est consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;azote joue un r\u00f4le important dans le renforcement de l&#039;acier inoxydable duplex 2205, mais lorsque la fraction massique d&#039;azote d\u00e9passe 0,2%, la r\u00e9sistance de l&#039;aust\u00e9nite est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de la ferrite en raison du renforcement de la solution solide interstitielle de l&#039;azote. L&#039;augmentation de la teneur en ferrite entra\u00eenera une diminution de la r\u00e9sistance aux chocs et entra\u00eenera \u00e9galement la pr\u00e9cipitation de l&#039;azote dans la ferrite, entra\u00eenant la formation de nitrure de chrome, car l&#039;azote a une solubilit\u00e9 plus faible dans la ferrite que dans l&#039;aust\u00e9nite.<\/p>\n<p>Le traitement \u00e0 froid peut r\u00e9duire la r\u00e9sistance aux chocs de l&#039;acier inoxydable duplex 2205 et augmenter la temp\u00e9rature de transition ductile-fragile.
