Parce que nous avons souvent des clients qui ont besoin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/fr\/tuyaux-en-acier-inoxydable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tuyau en acier inoxydable 1.4404<\/a> et les raccords, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de fournir du 1.4404 dans la pratique et ne pouvons que le remplacer par la qualit\u00e9 ASME. Et les normes EN ne sont pas des qualit\u00e9s courantes sur le march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur chinois. Lorsque les clients ont besoin de petites quantit\u00e9s, nous leur demandons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de v\u00e9rifier si nous pouvons utiliser une qualit\u00e9 ASME \u00e9quivalente pour remplacer la qualit\u00e9 EN, car l'ASTM est plus facilement disponible. Cela nous am\u00e8ne donc \u00e0 la question, nous allons faire une br\u00e8ve analyse aujourd'hui \u00e0 partir de leur composition chimique et de leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques.<\/p><p>La plupart des aciers 316L disponibles sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement produits selon la norme am\u00e9ricaine en Chine. Pour des raisons de co\u00fbt, les aci\u00e9ries r\u00e9duisent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la teneur en nickel de leurs produits autant que possible. La norme am\u00e9ricaine stipule que la teneur en Ni du 316L est de 10-14%, tandis que la norme europ\u00e9enne stipule que la teneur en Ni du 316L est de 10-13%. Par comparaison, nous avons constat\u00e9 que la norme 1.4404 a une exigence claire en mati\u00e8re de teneur en N et une exigence minimale en mati\u00e8re de teneur en Cr de 16,5. Les autres valeurs indiqu\u00e9es ici sont des exigences maximales, nous pensons donc que les autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont les m\u00eames. Si la norme TP316L est utilis\u00e9e \u00e0 la place de la norme 1.4404, il est important d'examiner si la teneur en chrome satisfait \u00e0 l'exigence minimale de 16,5.
