Pour les aciers inoxydables ferritiques, martensitiques et aust\u00e9nitiques \u00e0 faible teneur en nickel (tels que 420, 430, 200, 201, 202, 300, 301, etc.), il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d'utiliser le liquide d'origine dilu\u00e9. Quant aux aciers inoxydables aust\u00e9nitiques \u00e0 haute teneur en nickel (tels que 304, 321, 316, 316L, etc.), il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de les tremper dans le liquide d'origine. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le liquide doit \u00eatre chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de 50 \u00e0 60 degr\u00e9s, et le temps de trempage est mieux d'\u00eatre de 3 \u00e0 20 minutes ou plus (le temps et la temp\u00e9rature peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9s en fonction des conditions d'essai). Apr\u00e8s l'\u00e9limination compl\u00e8te de la salet\u00e9 \u00e0 la surface de l'acier inoxydable, la surface devient uniform\u00e9ment blanche, et un film de passivation se forme. Ensuite, on retire l'acier inoxydable du liquide et on le nettoie \u00e0 l'eau claire. Apr\u00e8s cela, neutralisation avec de l'alcalin ou du lait de chaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment faire le d\u00e9capage et la passivation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s'agit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d'une m\u00e9thode de nettoyage de la surface en acier inoxydable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les produits en acier sont tremp\u00e9s dans une solution aqueuse telle que l'acide sulfurique pour \u00e9liminer les films tels que l'oxyde de la surface du m\u00e9tal. Il s'agit du pr\u00e9traitement ou du traitement interm\u00e9diaire de la galvanoplastie, de l'\u00e9maillage, du laminage et d'autres proc\u00e9d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) L'\u00e9limination des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts d'oxyde et de la rouille \u00e0 la surface de l'acier \u00e0 l'aide d'une solution acide est appel\u00e9e d\u00e9capage. Pour la calamine, la rouille et les autres oxydes de fer (Fe<sub>3<\/sub>O<sub>4<\/sub>, Fe<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub>), ils peuvent r\u00e9agir avec la solution acide pour former un compos\u00e9 de sels, et le compos\u00e9 sera dissous puis \u00e9limin\u00e9 dans la solution acide. Les acides utilis\u00e9s pour le d\u00e9capage comprennent l'acide sulfurique, l'acide chlorhydrique, l'acide phosphorique, l'acide nitrique, l'acide chromique, l'acide fluorhydrique et les acides mixtes. Les plus couramment utilis\u00e9s sont l'acide sulfurique et l'acide chlorhydrique. Quant au processus de d\u00e9capage, il comprend principalement le d\u00e9capage par immersion, le d\u00e9capage par jet et l'utilisation de cr\u00e8me acide pour \u00e9liminer la rouille. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le d\u00e9capage par immersion est le plus utilis\u00e9, et le d\u00e9capage par jet peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans la production de masse. Lorsque les pi\u00e8ces en acier sont d\u00e9cap\u00e9es dans une solution d'acide sulfurique, le volume de la solution est d'environ 10% \u00e0 20%, et la temp\u00e9rature est d'environ 40 degr\u00e9s Celsius. Si la teneur en Fe dans la solution d\u00e9passe 80g\/L et que le sulfate ferreux d\u00e9passe 215g\/L, la solution de d\u00e9capage doit \u00eatre chang\u00e9e. Sous une temp\u00e9rature normale, l'utilisation d'une solution d'acide chlorhydrique d'un volume de 20% \u00e0 80% pour d\u00e9caper l'acier ne sera pas facile \u00e0 rencontrer la corrosion et la fragilisation par l'hydrog\u00e8ne. En raison des forts effets de corrosion que les acides apportent aux m\u00e9taux, il est n\u00e9cessaire d'ajouter des inhibiteurs de corrosion. Avant le d\u00e9capage, le support doit \u00eatre tremp\u00e9 et bouilli dans de l'acide chlorhydrique 6mol\/L pendant deux heures ou dans de l'acide chlorhydrique concentr\u00e9 pendant trente minutes. Ensuite, il faut le filtrer, le nettoyer \u00e0 l'eau neutre et le s\u00e9cher. Le d\u00e9capage peut \u00e9liminer le fer, l'aluminium, le calcium, le magn\u00e9sium et d'autres impuret\u00e9s \u00e0 la surface, mais il ne peut pas \u00e9liminer le groupe silanol. Par cons\u00e9quent, le support pour le d\u00e9capage doit \u00eatre adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l'analyse des \u00e9chantillons acides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le traitement de passivation est la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 du nettoyage chimique. Lorsque la chaudi\u00e8re passe par le d\u00e9capage, le lavage \u00e0 l'eau et le rin\u00e7age, la surface du m\u00e9tal est tr\u00e8s propre et active, mais elle est aussi facilement sujette \u00e0 la corrosion.
