Par cons\u00e9quent, le nickel ne sera pas enti\u00e8rement remplac\u00e9 par le mangan\u00e8se dans l'acier inoxydable.<\/p><h3><strong>d) Molybd\u00e8ne et cuivre - Am\u00e9lioration de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion de l'acier inoxydable<\/strong><\/h3><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/fr\/role-du-molybdene-dans-les-tubes-et-raccords-en-acier-inoxydable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Molybd\u00e8ne<\/a> et le cuivre peuvent am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion de l'acier inoxydable dans certains milieux corrosifs tels que l'acide ac\u00e9tique. Pour l'acier avec 5% de chrome et 1% de silicium, sa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'oxydation est \u00e9gale \u00e0 l'acier au chrome 12%. Si l'acier doit \u00eatre r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l'oxydation \u00e0 1000\u2103, il faut ajouter 22% de chrome pour un acier contenant 0,5% de silicium. L'ajout de silicium et d'aluminium peut grandement contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'oxydation, mais il pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement de nombreux inconv\u00e9nients. Le plus important est qu'il augmente le grain grossier et la tendance \u00e0 la fragilit\u00e9.<\/p><h3><strong>f) Tungst\u00e8ne et vanadium<\/strong><\/h3><p>L'ajout de tungst\u00e8ne et de vanadium \u00e0 l'acier permet principalement d'am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9sistance thermique de l'acier.<\/p><h3><strong>g) Bore<\/strong><\/h3><p>L'ajout de 0,005% de bore dans l'acier inoxydable ferritique \u00e0 haute teneur en chrome (Cr17Mo2Ti) am\u00e9liore la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion de l'acier dans l'acide ac\u00e9tique bouillant 65%. Et si l'on ajoute une quantit\u00e9 infime de bore (environ 0,0006 ~ 0,0007%), la ductilit\u00e9 \u00e0 chaud des aciers inoxydables aust\u00e9nitiques sera am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. Le bore a un bon effet sur l'am\u00e9lioration de la r\u00e9sistance thermique de l'acier inoxydable, ce qui peut am\u00e9liorer consid\u00e9rablement la r\u00e9sistance thermique de l'acier inoxydable.
