Et la temp\u00e9rature limite sup\u00e9rieure est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement proche de la temp\u00e9rature de la ligne solide ou de la temp\u00e9rature eutectique. Sous une temp\u00e9rature aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9e, l'alliage aura une solubilit\u00e9 solide maximale et une vitesse de diffusion rapide. Cependant, la temp\u00e9rature ne doit pas \u00eatre trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e, sinon elle conduira \u00e0 la fusion de la phase eutectique \u00e0 bas point de fusion et de la phase de joint de grain, ce qui est connu comme le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de surchauffe, entra\u00eenant des fissures de trempe et une r\u00e9duction de la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9.<\/p><p>La temp\u00e9rature minimale de chauffage doit \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la courbe de solution (ligne AB sur la figure), sinon les performances de l'acier ne seront pas conformes aux exigences apr\u00e8s vieillissement. La plage des temp\u00e9ratures de chauffage admissibles peut varier consid\u00e9rablement d'un alliage \u00e0 l'autre. La plage de temp\u00e9rature de chauffage de certains alliages de cuivre et aciers alli\u00e9s est large, tandis que la plage de temp\u00e9rature de trempe de la plupart des alliages d'aluminium est tr\u00e8s \u00e9troite, certains n'autorisant m\u00eame que des diff\u00e9rences de 5 degr\u00e9s Celsius.<\/p><p>Le but de la pr\u00e9servation de la temp\u00e9rature est de transformer suffisamment la structure de l'alliage \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat requis pour la trempe. Et le temps de pr\u00e9servation d\u00e9pend principalement de la composition de l'alliage, du pr\u00e9traitement du mat\u00e9riau, de la structure d'origine, de la temp\u00e9rature de chauffage et ainsi de suite, ainsi que de la quantit\u00e9 de four, de l'\u00e9paisseur de la pi\u00e8ce, de la m\u00e9thode de chauffage et d'autres facteurs. Si la structure d'origine est fine, la temp\u00e9rature de chauffage est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, la quantit\u00e9 de chargement est faible ou la section de la pi\u00e8ce est petite, le temps de conservation sera court.<\/p><p>Pour le recuit de mise en solution, il adopte g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un refroidissement rapide. Son objectif est d'emp\u00eacher la pr\u00e9cipitation de la seconde phase pendant le processus de refroidissement et d'assurer la sursaturation maximale des atomes de solut\u00e9 et des lacunes, afin d'obtenir la plus haute r\u00e9sistance et la meilleure r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion apr\u00e8s le vieillissement. Et l'eau est largement utilis\u00e9e comme un moyen de trempe efficace. La plupart des produits en alliage \u00e0 base d'aluminium, de magn\u00e9sium, de cuivre, de nickel et de fer peuvent atteindre une vitesse de refroidissement rapide.<\/p><p>Cependant, la trempe dans l'eau peut facilement provoquer de grandes contraintes r\u00e9siduelles et des d\u00e9formations. Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me, la temp\u00e9rature de l'eau peut \u00eatre augment\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e, ou les produits de trempe peuvent \u00eatre tremp\u00e9s dans l'huile, l'air et certains milieux organiques sp\u00e9ciaux.
