    Applications of Haynes 188 in Pipelines and Related Systems

    • Furnace components: Due to their ability to withstand extreme high temperatures and chemical corrosion while maintaining structural integrity, they can be used in radiation tubes and furnace chambers.
    • Gas turbine components: They can withstand high thermal stresses and are the preferred material for combustion chamber linings and afterburner components.
    • Heat exchangers: They can be used in heat exchanger piping, as these components require extremely high strength and can withstand thermal cycling.
    • Piping systems: Key stainless steel fittings require extremely high strength and corrosion resistance, such as in high-temperature exhaust systems.
