No solo tiene una buena resistencia general a la corrosi\u00f3n en medios reductores, sino que tambi\u00e9n tiene una excelente resistencia en medios que contienen cloruro. El rendimiento de la corrosi\u00f3n local, como la corrosi\u00f3n por picaduras y la corrosi\u00f3n por grietas. Al mismo tiempo, la resistencia de este acero es mayor que la del acero inoxidable austen\u00edtico general de cromo-n\u00edquel debido al efecto reforzante del nitr\u00f3geno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es precisamente por estas caracter\u00edsticas que el acero 254SMo se ha vuelto cada vez m\u00e1s utilizado, y tambi\u00e9n puede reemplazar las aleaciones con alto contenido de n\u00edquel resistentes a la corrosi\u00f3n en algunas aplicaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica y caracter\u00edsticas organizativas de 254SMo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El estado de soluci\u00f3n s\u00f3lida de 254SMo es una estructura de austenita \u00fanica, pero se ve afectado por el historial t\u00e9rmico. Por ejemplo, los carburos y compuestos de la fase intermet\u00e1lica precipitar\u00e1n en la zona afectada por el calor durante el proceso de enfriamiento del trabajo en caliente y despu\u00e9s de la soldadura, debido al contenido de carbono en el acero es muy bajo, por lo que es principalmente la fase X, fase \u03b1, \u03b2 y otras fases intermet\u00e1licas y la precipitaci\u00f3n de Cr2N es la curva TTP (temperatura-tiempo-precipitaci\u00f3n) de 254SMo que contiene 0.21% N.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las curvas cin\u00e9ticas de la precipitaci\u00f3n de la fase intermet\u00e1lica del acero 254SMo y los resultados de la comparaci\u00f3n con las fases que contienen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaysuns.com\/es\/papel-del-molibdeno-en-los-tubos-y-accesorios-de-acero-inoxidable\/\" target=\"_blank\">molibdeno<\/a> (316) y alto molibdeno (904L y 317LMN). Se observa que la temperatura m\u00e1s sensible para la precipitaci\u00f3n de fases interg\u00e9nicas en este acero es de 800~900\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debido a que el acero 254SMo tiene un alto contenido de cromo y molibdeno y un bajo contenido de nitr\u00f3geno, la sensibilidad de la precipitaci\u00f3n de la fase intermet\u00e1lica es mayor que la del acero inoxidable austen\u00edtico con alto contenido de molibdeno 904L (0OCr20Ni25Mo4.5Cu), 317LMN y bajo en molibdeno 316.
