Diferentes principios<\/strong><\/h3><p>Prueba MT: Este m\u00e9todo consiste en detectar los defectos en o cerca de la superficie de los materiales ferromagn\u00e9ticos mediante polvos magn\u00e9ticos en la fuga del campo magn\u00e9tico. Para ello es necesario magnetizar los productos, de modo que la parte defectuosa pueda atraer los polvos magn\u00e9ticos. As\u00ed, se pueden observar los defectos en la superficie o cerca de ella.<\/p><p>Este m\u00e9todo es sencillo e intuitivo. Este m\u00e9todo de prueba pertenece a las pruebas magn\u00e9ticas, y otras pruebas magn\u00e9ticas incluyen: el uso de componentes hall y componentes semiconductores sensibles al magnetismo; el uso de la grabaci\u00f3n en cinta magn\u00e9tica; y el uso de la fuerza electromotriz de inducci\u00f3n de la bobina.<\/p><p>Pruebas con l\u00edquidos penetrantes: Este m\u00e9todo consiste en utilizar colorante para esparcir en la superficie del material, y el colorante penetrar\u00e1 en las \u00e1reas da\u00f1adas. Luego se limpia el colorante despu\u00e9s de colocarlo por un tiempo, y se roc\u00eda el revelador. Despu\u00e9s de esto, la zona da\u00f1ada se puede ver claramente.<\/p><p>Este m\u00e9todo se consigue mediante el fen\u00f3meno de la capilaridad: el l\u00edquido permeable arrastrar\u00e1 el colorante que haya penetrado en los defectos. Y el colorante residual ser\u00e1 absorbido debido a la acci\u00f3n capilar. Diferentes aplicaciones<\/strong><\/h3><p>Prueba de part\u00edculas magn\u00e9ticas: En el \u00e1mbito industrial, esta prueba puede utilizarse como inspecci\u00f3n final del producto acabado, para asegurarse de que no quedan defectos perjudiciales en la superficie despu\u00e9s de varios procedimientos de procesamiento (como la soldadura, el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico del metal, el esmerilado).
